Welcome to Halifast.ca – Year-Round Track and Field for All Ages in Halifax 🏃♀️
Who We Are – Driven by Passion, Built for Halifax
At Halifast.ca, we are a brand-new team of dedicated athletes, coaches, and track enthusiasts based in the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Our journey began in late 2024 when we recognized a gap in inclusive, expertly guided track and field Halifax programs. We saw families, youth, adults, and seniors all seeking trusted ways to get active, join local events, and improve skills-whatever their age or experience. 🎯
Our mission is simple: make year-round athletics accessible, fun, and welcoming to everyone aged 6 to 86. Whether you are curious about track and field, a parent searching for youth athletics programs NS, or returning to sport as a master's runner, we have designed our programs with you in mind.

What sets us apart? We blend modern Athletics NS coaching methods with a grassroots, community-first approach. We emphasize lifelong enjoyment, friendship, and personal growth above all. Our diverse volunteer and coaching team is deeply rooted in the Nova Scotia athletics community, with credentials ranging from World Athletics certifications to Red Cross First Aid. This gives you peace of mind during every sprint, jump, and throw.
