Welcome to HaliFAST's new website! We are proud of our new site and hope you use it as a resource for all things HaliFAST!

To celebrate our new site, we are havign a MOTTO CONTEST. Please submit ideas for a  statement that matches the energy and vibe of our club. Keep it short and simple and tell our HaliFAST story! Here's an example: "HaliFAST: Fun, Fit and Fast".

Use twitter, Facebook or email us  with your suggestions using #Halifastmotto. 

Deadline is August 15. The mottos will be put on Facebook on August 16 for voting. The motto with the most votes wins. If there is a tie, a committee of the coaches and board will make the final decision. The person who pens the winning motto will win a $100 Sportcheck certificate. Honorable mentions will get Halifast gear.
