Halifast's Indoor Session starts Monday October 19 and ends April 13. The times are: 

Monday 6:30- 8:00

Wednesday  700-8:30

Saturday 4:30-6:00    

MINIFAST (9-12 yo). Our MiniFAST program is revamped this year.  Fun and engaging is the plan while the aim is building athletic skills! It will stand alone and not be part of the Development Program. The programming will be enriched and the session will be shorter - 8 weeks. We plan to have 2 coaches assigned to this group. This Program may start later than October 19. Stay tuned!

DEVELOPMENT GROUP (13+). This is HaliFAST’s main group. Most athletes start here and many stay who will focus on different events including sprints, hurdles, jumps and combined events. Coaches: Troye Williams and Alicia Dabrowski (Jessica Shannon).

SPRINTS (16+). This group focuses on the 100m, 200m and 400m. Coach: Mike Bawol

DISTANCE (16+). The group focuses on 800m and over. Coach: Rich Lehman  

JUMPS. The pit is available Wednesday nights. Athletes will join other groups on other practice days. Coach: Kevin Bourgeois

Athletes must register and pay before showing up to first practice. New athletes must be registered but can have a 2 week trial before payment.

We offer three options to register:
