REMEMBRANCE DAY PRACTICE

Practice on Nov 11 will be switched to 6:30-8:00 as the CGC is closing early that day. I would suggests that parents, especially of the MiniFAST group, arrive 5-10 minutes early as they will start shutting the buiding down and doors will be closed at 8:00.  

Sprints Group is cancelled on Nov 11.

REGISTRATION  

A few athletes have not yet registered.  You must register by the Monday before a meet to have your Athletics NS registration complete so that you can get a reduced fee. For example, you must register by Mon Nov 23 to be eligible for reduced rate for ANS Last Chance Meet on Nov 28.
